- Drawing up plans for procurement of office utilities in coordination with other functions and initiate procurement activities to achieve overall cost economy, this includes Office supply, Pantry, Toiletries, Electrical Consumables and Annual Contracts for Technical and Administrative Services - Involved in the Identifying and developing a vendor source for achieving cost effective purchases and reduction in delivery time; deftly negotiating and liaising with them to provide specifications and ascertaining adherence to policies/procedures. - Implementing effective administrative policies and successfully coordinated administrative support for the Offices. - Conceptualizing &amp; designing innovative strategies for accommodating the futuristic growth plans of the business functions and ensuring smooth execution of Space management, Relocation Management projects, and Occupancy management assigned by the management. - Ensuring various facilities of the organization are as per the technical and operational standards; adroitly supervising facilities management &amp; asset management activities. - Preparing Monthly Reports &amp; other statements with a view to apprise management of process operations and assist in critical decision-making process while coordination with the client. - Supporting Admin team to hiring commercial facilities, lease management. - Managing Centralized Helpdesk for Facilities and Administrative services. Generating Monthly Reports for Occupancy, Visitor Management System, Meeting Room Utilization Report, Front office, Office space Occupancy, Expense Management &amp; Petty Cash. - Certification and Auditing of Administrative related expenses and ensuring timely processing of vendor invoice to Finance as per agreed payment terms. - Managing Soft Services, Technical Services, Security Services, Fleet Management and Administrative services. - Liasioning with all Govt. officials for Mumbai Region for Renewal of Shop &amp; Establishment License. - Monthly Services Review with Services provides like Facility Team, Security Team and other vendors - Maintaining general administration records. - Handling cross-functional entities.
