Turtlemint - Manager/Senior Manager - Revenue Assurance

The responsibility of the role is to maintain analytical models that help the team to perform a critical revenue assurance for the company. Key role and responsibility is to help the team own, improve and maintain the revenue model and interact with sales teams, finance teams to bill and collect the revenues from our customers - who are insurance companies primarily.

Specifically, the role will involve:

- Working with Business development teams and customers closely on a monthly basis to confirm the business terms

- Seek and get clarifications as required from customers

- Maintain the excel based model with updated commercial terms with our customers

- Monitor weekly/monthly revenue, margins and provide actionable insights to improve the same

- Drive the revenue assurance process to ensure realization of the revenue and reconciliation

- Work the finance teams in ensuring timely billing of revenues to the customers

- Support the annual and monthly audit reconciliations with the customers and help with auditor queries as required

The ideal candidate is a MBA with a business orientation with strong interest to learn about our business, commercial mindset to maximize revenue opportunities for our company and attention to detail so that no loss of revenue happens due to large volume of transactions.

Desired Profile:

- B.E with MBA preferred

- Strong analytical skills (esp. Excel analysis of commercials, P&L)

- Strong written and verbal communication with a large number of internal and customer stakeholders is part of the key responsibilities of this role.

- Self-driven and motivated with strong persuasive skills

- Ability to work in high paced work-environment with strict deadline
