We are a well-funded startup, backed by leading Venture Capitalists, and began our business operations in September 2015.We strongly believe that as a technology-led company we can truly disrupt the 'old economy' financial services businesses, a multi-billion dollar industry in India.  Job Role and Responsibility :   Generalist profile :   - Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements, Audit Schedules and supporting Information's for Statutory Audits.  - Budgets v/s Actual Analysis and Budgetary Controls.  - Review &Compliances with Internal Control over Financial Reporting and documentation of the same.  - Preparation of Monthly MIS for submission to management for review along-with analytics (viz variance analysis, key pointers).  - Ensuring completion of daily accounting entries and Monthly closure of Books of Accounts with Monthly Information schedule.  - Analysis and tracking of Open POs, follow-up for Invoices and vendors payments on due dates.  - Identification of process gaps and ways to bridge the same.  - Revenue assurance and reconciliation with Insurance Co. (with the help of team member).  Skill Requirements :   - Good Inter-personal skills and Team player.  - Be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  - Able to work independently  - Well verse with Excel and other ERP.  Work experience: Min. 4 years of relevant experience in a professional environment  Location: Mumbai  Compensation: Competitive
