JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Engaging with the key stakeholders at all levels at the client end to understand their business needs and enable client to meet the requirements. - Build and Sharpen the customer success process and methods. - Drive customer success outcomes (implementation, expansion, product adoption and referability) - Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day to day and escalated issues and requests. - Establish and maintain customer satisfaction across named accounts through account planning, proactive client communications, issue remediation, and containment, as well as performance measurement. - Proactively identify customer risk and opportunity signals; develop comprehensive strategies to combat and/or exploit. - Be the primary interface channel between Customer Success, Product, and any other team. - Ensuring product implementation is done smoothly - playing the role of Project Manager in the implementation phase. - Actively engaging in the requirements understanding with clients and doing product solutioning.
