Turtlemint - Director - Strategic Alliances

Job Location - Bangalore

We are seeking a Senior Strategic Alliances resource who will be responsible for the management, execution and expansion of Turtlefin products. The primary accountability is development of strategies and relationship expansion to grow revenue and market presence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify, Explore and Close business opportunities in insurtech / fintech space

- Build a robust business model, test assumptions & prepare a sales plan

- Build and manage a strong pipeline wrt the P&L goals

- Drive CXO level engagement with the identified partners

- Be accountable and SPOC for partnership management and growth

- Own end-to-end integration of the solutions working with cross-functional teams

- Own account acquisition, onboarding and management

- Representing the organization in business forums and Seminars with an eye on the market and future of business

- Market Insurance Distribution solution as a platform to the SaaS Partners

- Meet Partner acquisition and collection targets

- Cross Sell opportunities on new feature development and deployment

- Work on Product improvement by keeping an eye on the Industry trends

Desired Profile:

- Post-Graduate with 8+ years of work experience in Business Development/Strategic Alliances

- Good at networking and business development and CXO level interactions

- Experience in Technology Solutions Sales & BFSI domain will give an edge

- Hustler with an eye for execution

- Comfortable to work in Start-up environment
