Job Role:
Channel Strategy and data-driven decision making is at the heart of our organization. Every sales channel rely on channel strategy manager to make informed decisions and develop strategies and processes for driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and improve channel roadmap for scaling and managing Pan-India Insurance and Mutual Fund Agency Business
- Define long-term and tactical strategies to ensure business growth and partner retention
- Design SOPs to improve partner engagement across hubs and ensure adherence across channels and hubs
- Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings and generate action plan for competitive advantage
- Drive projects for productivity improvement through technological advancements & product initiatives
- Manage KPIs to monitor performance of sales force and design and drive MIS reports
- Implement Incentives & flash contests for channels
Key Skills & Experience:
- Overall experience of 1-2 years in Sales & Distribution planning in FMCG/Cement/Pharma sector
- Strong pedigree with ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders
- Strong Relationship & People Management Skills
