Responsibilities:

- Strengthening up, managing and driving reinsurance business

- Scaling up the clientele of the reinsurance business across multiple products and building long term relations

- Responsible for top line and profitability of reinsurance

- P & L Budgeting and developing annual business plans

- Build the reinsurance vertical capabilities by continuous assessment and exploring new opportunities for growth in conjunction with market, industry and competition

- Strategic initiatives for expansion - licensing with regulators and authorities for approvals, Business plan preparation

- Coordination with IRDA for brokers regulations and approvals for carrying out reinsurance broking business

Skills Required:

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience of leading a team

- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail

- Should be flexible while working with deadlines and high pressure environment
