Roles & Responsibility:

- Own the process of business performance management by tracking various parameters of business on a daily / weekly / monthly basis as applicable

- Deal with large volumes of data and identify levers for business efficiency.

- Generate easy to interpret reports for management and internal analysis

- Analyse profitability by product, branch, headcount, business vertical and customers to ensure full control on top line as well as bottom line

- Work closely with various business stakeholders

- Should be good at communication and should have ability to present the reports to management

- Should have attention to detail

Qualifications:

Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience preferably in the insurance sector who can use tools like Tableau and run queries to fetch the data and streamline the process of Business performance Management.
