Job Description

Department/Function - Marketing

Position/Title - Specialist - Brands & PR

Reporting to - Head of Brands & Products

Role Purpose

Work with the brands team to develop, implement & manage the brand and digital marketing plan.

Responsible for Brand communication & Media activities. Communication design - internal and external; Agency briefings & creative development (briefing, development, production, testing). Also, maintain public relations, which enhance the brand/corporate image, brand awareness and contributes towards the growth of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conceptualize and execute innovative brand campaigns on a monthly basis

- Identify the campaign, based on the products to be promoted and opportunity in that month

- Devise & coordinate the medium of communication for promotion

- Design an attractive communication message for the campaigns

- Co-ordinate with the external agencies to execute the campaign

Design & develop the Sales Force & Consumer promotions Flyers & Catalogues on a monthly basis

- Co-ordinate with Products & Promotions team to gather information

- Brief the external agency & co-ordinate with it to execute product shoots

- Design the creatives for the flyers and catalogues and manage their printing and distribution in a time-bound manner

Ensure effective integrated campaigns to reach out masses for brand enhancement

Tie up with media and channel partners to ensure media mix for publicity. Continuously search for opportunities (events & interviews) for positioning the leadership team on media to reach the masses

Regularly interact with the media by providing them news about latest happenings at Tupperware & corporate image building stories

Building relationship with industry- s best editors for quantity and

Quality of articles, review the contents of the articles to be published

Conceptualize, develop and implement new ideas.

Conceptualizing, designing & execute corporate communication both internal & external.

Desired Profile

Good Communication Skills

Good command over written English & copywriting assessment

Understanding of digital media concept

Education-

MBA-Marketing/MBA- Corporate Communication/ PG- Mass Communication.

Experience-

4-6 years of experience in brand role, corporate communication.
