Department : Commercial (internally called DMA)
Position : Regional Commercial Manager (internally called Regional DMA)
Job Purpose : To drive the overall growth of the region and the various distributors by providing value added inputs, right information at the right time and identifying blockers to success. To provide strategic, tactical and procedural inputs and advice to sales team and distributors to grow business.
Key Relationships : Reports to Head Management Accounting & Commercial / Regional Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic guidance to the sales team and the distributors.
- Drive the strategy and the various drivers behind the business. Review the acceptance and implementation in the field.
- Analyse performance, understand trends and identify concern areas pro-actively. Advice the business about these areas.
- Look at the future and mould the business of the region and the distributors accordingly.
- Identify the blockers which hamper growth and pro-actively advise business.
- Ensure distributors have a strong administrative support to manage current and future business
- Responsible for the financial and commercial planning of the region
- Ensure success of new distributors and company start-ups

- Positive attitude, passionate and a self-starter.
Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience :
- CA with a minimum experience of about 5-7 years
