Tupperware - Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis

Job requirements:

- This position will report to Head of Finance, and will be responsible for:

- Drive Annual Operating Plan activities by coordinating with all Functions, including Manufacturing unit and prepare final Plan for Multi Business channels

- Analyse Business KPIs at the end of each month for Multi Business channels and prepare monthly forecast as well as variance analysis of Actual results with previous forecast, plan and previous periods

- Detailed Business Commentary for Executive Dashboards & Global Presentations conveying key highlights for the month/quarter.

- Prepare Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Dashboards on various business KPIs, timely publish performance reports to the Management team for timely decision making

- Representing finance in ad hoc business projects requiring financial modelling and value chain analysis

- Review of monthly trial balance and closing of book of accounts within specified timelines

- Manage Operating expense budget by regularly monitoring & analysing all expenses, working closely with all functions, highlighting variances and identifying cost saving avenues

Knowledge and Skills required

- Proficient in understanding of Budgets and plans, should be able to contribute with suggestions and inputs

- Proven Experience in reviewing of the Budget preparations and uploading them in the Financial Planning & Reporting Tool

- Working knowledge of ERP system like JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle

- Hands on experience in forecast preparation and participate in reviewing the same on regular intervals.

- Experience in Multi channels P&L preparation and management will be an added advantage

- Reporting experience is mandatory. Reporting to Regional teams (APAC, Global, etc.) will be an added advantage

- Working knowledge in Business Analytical tools and proficient in preparing presentations through MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

- Education- Qualified CA with minimum 6-8 years of working experience in MNC and at least 4 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis.
