Position Description:

Department: Sales

Position: Assistant Sales Development Manager (ASDM)

Key Relationships: Reports to Regional Head

Job Purpose:

- Responsible for supporting distributors to develop people and generate sales growth by partnering in driving initiatives that focus on growing business KPI's in existing and new markets and keeping the sales force motivated.

Roles & Responsibility:

With the Regional Head:

- Providing inputs to Regional Head for planning distributor's goals and preparing the Annual Business Plan.

- Furnishing a monthly planner of field activities and support actions.

- Reporting/Updating daily activities as prescribed by the company.

- Reporting outcomes of field actions vis-a-vis set goals.

- Communicating feedback regularly on field actions/ scheduled actions.

- Progress/ performance on Business KPI's.

With Distributors:

- Planning and Supporting Initiatives to drive KPI growth.

i. Lead generation actions/ Kiosks/ friendship visits/ referral programs

ii. COC Events / Parties (Recruiting)

iii. Demonstration parties

iv. Participate in weekly assemblies

v. New Area Mapping & development.

Training Initiatives:

- Coaches and ensures a distributor implements stipulated training programs in a week / month, for example:

i. Assembly clock and New Dealer Orientation Programme

ii. Kit issue

iii. Discovery meetings

iv. Powerstart

v. Consultant University

Ensuring all salesforce trainings led by distributor is delivered in line with the company suggested schedule and meets company standards.

- Company led programs/ Events:

In coordination with the Zonal Trainer delivering following company led programs/ events.

i. GM workshop

ii. EM workshop

iii. Tupperware University for Managers

iv. Distributor University

v. Monthly Distributor Meetings

vi. Sales Leaders Conference.

- As a part of Regional Team involved in organizing, coordinating and smooth execution flow of an event at a regional/ national event.

Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience: MBA/ Post Graduation with 6-8 years of experience.
