NOTE: This profile is for one of our Investors office [Private Equity firm] based out of BKC, Mumbai.

Profile :

(a) Borrowings

a. Assist CFO in lenders reach out, inputs for term sheet negotiation etc.

b. Co-ordinate with Lawyer / lenders counsel for documentation, execution, drawdown etc.

c. Compliance of lenders documents like covenant tracking, information sharing etc.

d. Relationship with mid-level management at lenders etc.

(b) Portfolio monitoring

a. Regular and periodic monitoring of the portfolio.

b. Analysis of portfolio company data including MIS.

c. Supporting portfolio Board meetings and providing solutions to business problem statements.

(c) New Investments

a. Ability to conduct industry deep dives through understanding the key drivers, business models, investment attractiveness of an industry.

b. Identification of trends and potential investment opportunities to build an active pipeline.

c. Analyze relative positioning of identified investment opportunities vis- vis market.

d. Support development of investment thesis and investment evaluation process including financial modelling, conducting due diligence, preparing investment memos and presentations.

e. Understanding of issues and risks identified as part of the investment process along with proactive solutioning for mitigants.

f. Support all aspects of transaction execution and closure.

Desired Skills and Experience:

a) Master's degree in finance or related fields / CA

b) At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

c) Ambitious and willing to work in a start-up environment, must be hands on and able to operate as an individual contributor

d) Must have a prior experience in raising different forms of debt

e) Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to debt capital markets and treasury management

f) Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal/ external stakeholders

g) Hardworking with attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

CTC Budget : 20- 25 LPA
