Reporting to: Group CFO

Job Profile :

We are looking for a Head of Finance to supervise and oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning all financial tasks of our company and ensure we use capital and resources beneficially.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

- Knowledge to all accounting, financial and business principles and regulations

- Skills to manage accounting teams and experience of crafting financial strategies

- Strategic thinking and effective leadership skills

- Great communication skills at management level

Role & responsibilities :

- Lead the month-end closing process and prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

- Ensure adherence to financial, corporate, tax and related laws / guidelines and ensure all compliances

- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.) including Internal control Operations

- Preparation and Review of monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts and report to upper executives and assisting in budgets approval process

- Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and consult board members about funding options

- Allocate resources efficiently and manage cash flows

- Conduct profit and cost analyses and recommend cost-reducing solutions

- Conduct risk management and drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks

- Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems

Preferred candidate profile:
