Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - International Sales Tufropes Private Limited

Job description:

Role & responsibilities:

- Plan and forecast presence of sales activities through trade shows for new product introductions.

- Selling the products and services to the customer/clients of the company and convincing them about the usability and advantages

- Playing a key role in the sales profits and gains of the company

- Upholding the sales documents and reports of the business deals

- Formulating the annual, half yearly, monthly and daily reports of the sales profits of the establishment

- Studying, examining and recognizing the competition in the geographic

- Strategizing and enforcing tasks undertaken for enhancing sales bookings

- Prepare requisite reporting (call reports, trip reports, expense reports, customer call documentation etc) as required or directed by the management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to sales performance, planning, account information, business expenditures or as otherwise requested

- Developing and enhancing different creative selling plans and programs and implementing them to step up the sales & services.

- Backing up the sales of the establishment and maintaining efficient and functional selling

- Enhancing and upholding good bonds with the international clients to step up the business of the establishment.

Functional Skills:

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

- Proactive with ability to foresee and forecast.

- Understanding the Business Requirements

- Enhancing the sales by new customer acquisition.

- Legal contracts for Goods and services.

- Providing excellent customer service (pre and post sales)

- Analytical and Critical thinking ability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical / Mechanical / Polymer preferred),

- MBA, Postgraduate in Management - International Marketing

- 3 - 5 years relevant exposure in International Sales

- Must have travelled to the respective assigned territories.

- Must be holding a valid Driving License

- Strong analytical skills.

- Having exposure in SAP (added advantage)

- Foreign Language proficiency (added advantage)
