TUF Group - Chief Financial Officer

JD :

- Having ample knowledge and skills to take independent charge of setting up working capital limits (fund based/non-fund based, CC) with major PSU and / or private Banks within and outside India, adequate knowledge of preparing CMA data independently, International banking, trading, INCO Terms, EXIM policies, FEMA regulations, international trade finance instruments under various payment mechanisms such as LCs, CAD, DP, DA etc, transfer pricing, liasion / coordination with credit rating agencies.

- Exposure / knowledge of import / export documentation, statutory regulations such us Excise, Sales tax, corporate tax, TDS and all related taxation matter, Legal compliance, will be added advantage.

- Person may not be an expert in taxation / accounting norms but should have required knowledge to synchronize company's finance & account functions. Person is expected to take charge of company's Finance & Accounts department.

Job will involve handling banking & finance matters of Indian Parent company as well as its Dubai based subsidiary which further controls working in Bahrain and other middle east countries. Job will involve frequent travel to Dubai / middle east.

Qualification:

- MBA Finance (from a premier institute) with at least 10 years of broad experience in all aspects of Corporate Finance and the entire gamut of Finance & Accounts.

- CA / CPA / Other qualifications can be considered depending upon the merits / relevant experience of the candidate.
