Job Description:
- Work towards strategizing the creative content development in line with latest trend in wellness industry, readers feedback & analysis on the previously published contents effectiveness
- Manage the team of in-house content writers & freelance writers,
- Responsible for Content development/writing, editing & proofreading
- Responsible for quality & authenticity of the content
- Primarily develop content for website promotions, email marketing, and other online outreach campaigns.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing & Design team for creating excellent content for driving maximum traffic of potential clients
- Closely work with marketing team to create content for impactful promotions/Ad activities
- Understanding of SEO keywords is a must. Should be able to weave relevant topics around most searched keywords.
- Validate the invoices by freelance writers and coordinate with accounts & HR department for payments.
- Should be able to generate product descriptions, content for online and offline promotions, newsletters, e-mailers and social media.
- Create & manage the content to help Truweight establish a brand in the wellness industry
Candidate's profile:
- Should have minimum 6 years of overall experience in relevant field
- Should have handled a team of Content writers
- Self-driven, self-motivated
- Should have excellent oral and written communication
- Should be able to mentor, guide and lead the team
- Should love to read and write
- Must have a keen eye for rich content
- Most of all, must be flexible to work in fast paced start-up environment
The candidate must have experienced in the e-commerce industry (B2C) preferably someone from a company where content department plays a significant role in driving the traffic of potentials customers for revenue generation.
Must have experience in visual content/script writing for v-blog or visual content /video production for visual content.
