We are looking for experts in Consumer lending risk analysis with experience in Fintech. Consumer risk management is a must - MUST have Consumer lending risk management (designing policies and analyzing the risk of loans disbursed to individuals, NOT to SMEs) - We are looking for strong consumer lending, lending risk management, and designing and developing underwriting policies. Someone who has designed the policy and risk-based pricing based on the data analysis - AI/ML product management in consumer finance or data science background. - MUST have Work experience with a fin-tech startup or an established lender in digital loans process or risk management of a product portfolio. - Trusting Social is a Sequoia funded AI fintech working in partnerships with lenders to acquire, onboard, and underwrite new customers. We score over 1BN consumers via telco data partnerships. In this role you will be managing our core customer insights products and their application in our co-lending partnerships to onboard the next generation of credit card consumers in India. While your role will be India based, we would like you to support the launch of our partnerships in the Philippines as well while we build out the local team there. Responsibilities : Customer Insights & Decisioning products management - Act as a Product Owner for Credit Insights (AI powered telco credit score) - Identify pain points in our partnerships and our client's business that can be solved using data -science to propose new products for development0 - Work closely with Data Science, Engineering and Telco partnership teams to deliver new products and to ensure availability and superior performance of the existing ones. Partnerships - Lenders - Drive application of our insights in our co-lending partnerships - Define & manage underwriting processes in our partnerships and work closely with our co-lending partners on their implementation - Manage risk performance of our portfolios and make recommendations to reduce risk/improve conversion rates Partnerships - Consumer platforms - Work closely with our partner consumer platforms to understand their customer data to assess their potential for customer scoring - Drive development of pre-selection scores with our Data Science and Data Engineering teams - Define & manage policies for customer pre-selection for our campaigns Enterprise - Support our sales team in pitches to senior client stakeholders and address any technical product related queries. - Advise our enterprise clients on testing & implementation of our products. Requirements - BSc degree in business studies or quantitative fields such as engineering, computer science, operations research field or similar (MSc preferred) - Minimum four years of experience in credit risk underwriting and product management in consumer finance - Experience from consumer lending is a must and experience from consumer retail risk management is strongly preferred. - Lateral experience across departments or within a single department but closely interacting with colleagues from other departments is desirable. - Can do attitude, persistence and problem solving skills. Ability to independently define, understand and delve deep into problems, reaching out to colleagues across the company for assistance as required. - Project management experience with coordinating tasks across a range of activities.
