About Us

Trusting Social is a Fintech and AI company that pioneers alternative credit scoring for emerging markets using telecom data and other new data sources. We aim to provide 1 billion credit scores to the unbanked consumers who currently do not have access to formal credit. We target emerging markets worldwide, with the initial focus on Southeast Asia and India. In Vietnam, Trusting Social currently provides credit scores to 60 million Vietnamese consumers. Our customers include some of the largest banks and consumer finance institutions (FIs) in Vietnam. Having commercialized our solution in Vietnam, we are now expanding to other Asian markets including Philippines, Indonesia, India, Thailand and Bangladesh.

Trusting Social is comprised of Ph.D. data scientists from Stanford Research Institute, Microsoft, IBM etc., and banking leaders from Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, and Barclays. Founded in Silicon Valley, Trusting Social is now headquartered in Singapore, with R&D lab in Ho Chi Minh, and offices in Hanoi, Manila, and Jakarta. Currently, Trusting Social provides two main products: consumer credit score API for banks, and B2C loan marketplace that connects banks with consumers.

We are looking for a visionary and innovative Production Engineering and Support Oeprations leader to run our global Global production engineering operations.

Responsibility

- Build and lead a team of elite engineers to run a fully Automated Production Engineering and support Operations

- Lead Hardware and Infrastructure engineering teams to select the best hardware and hosting option possible to run the platform

- Lead the cloud support engineering team to architect, run and support the platforms on AWS cloud and Private cloud environments

- Automate Production Operations including but not limited to deployments, config management, patching and upgrades, and day to day Operations (Run books)

- Ensure deployment architecture across the globe is designed for performance, scalability, high availability, fault tolerance and cost effectiveness

- Ensure Compliance to all local and global regulatory compliance including but not limited to Privacy laws, telco regulations, PII, and data sovereignty laws

- Ensure Process and policies are in place and encored, and all SLA's are met

- Produce online reports and analytics to monitor platform performance, availability and utilization

Qualifications

- 12 - 15+ years of experience Leading Production engineering, Devops and Support Operations

- 10+ years of experience deploying, supporting, operating and upgrading large platforms ( Big data, Mobile, and web components)

- 8+ years of experience leveraging develops technologies to automate end to end operations

- Experience with Big data Operations on traditional and cloud environments

- Experience Implementing and Enforcing ITIL processes with open source tools and automation

- Prior experience automation end to end automation, building asset management, Config management, and Performance management systems

- Prior Experience with Vendor management and procurement

- Hands on, technical mindset, with attention to detail

- High organization and technical skills

- Knowledge of local and national regulatory compliance including but not limited to data privacy, data sovereignty, and banking and security regulations
