Trust & Safety Partner : Risk, Analytics & Strategy - Operations Generalist -Tier 1 ( IIM/ISB/IIT/BITS) Role Brief: You will be directly working with the Marketplace Trust&Safety team at Apna as a generalist driving Ops, Risk & compliance & Product.. You will primarily be the analytics and strategy partner for the Trust & Safety operations. You will be responsible for driving the execution of various initiatives to ensure apna's market leadership and shape our employer support operations as a business moat. We are looking forward for a creator who has the zeal and interest to build things up. Hence you will not find things in order or structured, as we are building Your Responsibilities: 1. Meticulously tracking employer support operations metrics and defining, implementing and course-correcting the operations strategy. 2. Create, implement and evolve, actionable data-led insights and processes for business operations teams. 3. Taking ownership of employer support operations problem statements and coming up with actionable plans to ensure data-driven decision making. 4. Lead team size &gt;20 Role Persona: - Previously worked in Risks ( Added advantage) - Coming with analytics and project management ability.
