Qualifications :
- 8-10 years of experience in financial markets, with exposure in debt for a few years is must
- MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 B-school
Work Experience (highlight) :
- To manage and strengthen business relationship with client for achieving Debt products sales targets, market share targets and manage end-to-end distribution channel development to enhance penetration & spread
Core Purpose of the Role:
Client Engagement :
- Client Profiling
- Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the organizations value proposition through proposals and presentations
- Provide regular value-added engagement with clients
Generating Revenue and Business Development :
- Drive and Monitor Revenue and Volume Targets
- Ensure optimal Product Penetration including fee based advisory
- Monitor and Drive consistent business with Top 20 Clients
- Maintain the Market Mapping for each client
- Proactively source, acquire and expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sales and service opportunities.
- Anticipate the complex financial needs of the client and offer solutions through a wide range of products, services and tools
- Builds an active internal network, to drive superior multi-channel/market service offering/delivery, thereby creating new opportunities with existing and/or new clients
Sales Operations and Service Delivery :
- Execute transactions, Follow internal SOP norms
- Ensure optimum client servicing in terms of post deal execution, research, advisory, etc
