Talent Profile - Loan Syndication Organisation : TRUST Location : Mumbai Position Title : Deputy Manager/Manager Function : Business Development Reports to : Vice President Reportees : None Qualifications - MBA from Tier business school must. CA or PGDM in Finance combination preferred Work Experience (highlight) : - Experience of 4-5 years in Loan Syndication/fund raising/ credit analysis - Experience of making credit assessment notes for Banks and other financial institutions - Sound understanding of Credit appraisal, due diligence and legal documentation. - Experience in handling market databases such as Ace equity, Bloomberg, Reuters and/or exchange platforms - Awareness of market trends, pricing information and underwriting appetite Core Purpose of the Role : - Work on loan/fund raising transactions for loans of corporates, real estate and financial institutions - Liaison with clients for understanding funding requirements and obtaining required financial data/information - Financial Analysis of the company, preparation and submission of Credit appraisal proposals for the lenders - Liaison, inter-act and follow up with lenders for sanction & negotiate the terms of sanction - To obtain sanction and handle post-sanction formalities for documentation and disbursement - Stay updated of the wider policy, regulatory environment and recent development in the financial markets - Building and maintaining investor database and manage investor interactions - Monitor the deal pipeline and other KPIs through Preparation, Analysis and maintenance of MIS - Preparation of analytical material for internal credit underwriting and for external investors Talent Attribute : - Sound understanding of financial statements and excellent analytical ability - Has increasingly in-depth knowledge of relevant industries and sectors - Ability to interact with clients and investors on funding requirements - High degree of attention to detail and accuracy - Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint - Comprehensive understanding of the loan syndication markets and products - Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
