Talent Profile : MBD Operations Organization : TRUST Location : Mumbai Position Title : Assistant Manager Function : Operations - MBD Reports to : AVP - Operations Reportees : None Qualifications : Business Graduate with an MBA preferred Work Experience (highlight) : 3-5 years of working experience in Merchant banking / Investment Banking operations Core Purpose of the Role : - Processing of primary issuances (Commercials paper / Non-Convertible Debentures), Capital gain bonds, FDs, RBI Bonds, Gold Bonds etc - Processing of IPOs while acting as Lead Manager i.e. Co-ordination with Issuers / Other LMs / Dealers, assist in Bidding (From Lead manager perspective and from bidding perspective and final recon of data with RTA) - Should have knowledge of Electronic Bidding platform, assist dealers and team in execution, bidding an settlements through exchange - Preparation of Information Memorandum, Completion of Pre-issue and Post Issue formalities related to Private Placement issuances, CP issuances, IPOs etc. - Documentation for Distributor Appointments Talent Attribute : - Good Analytical Skills - Good Communication - Positive Attitude
