Trukky.com has taken an initiative to organize one of the most disorganized segments of the 3PL supply chain cycle, facilitating the information flow between consumers and fleet owners/operators to achieve not only optimum resource utilization but also a cost effective value stream.  With promising future we are expanding both in terms of Operations & team size and look forward to welcome promising talent to join the team.  Job Description :  - The Operations Manager role is a unique opportunity to drive growth through the optimization of our growing number of fleet partners & daily operations.  - This is a business side startup role & this person will work closely with dispatch & supply team to monitor supply behavior and ensure efficiency through scheduling, asset utilization, and incentive programs.   - This role will have direct responsibility for the growth of their business & effective operations.  What You'll Do :   - Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic fleet partnerships and supply development  - Ensuring effective daily operations for both B2C & B2B clients  - Evaluating operational performance for continuous improvement.  - Own up Driver on-boarding and training.  - Supply management,scheduling & dispatch (supply-chain mgmt)  - The position will report to Operations Head.
