TruKKer - Manager - Learning & Development

Trukker is on a mission to change the way freight brokerage industry operates in the Middle East (GCC region). We work with practically anyone, from very large scale retailers who need to move tons of merchandise to their business customers, to large shipping port movements and even with Individuals who need to move their household items.

Responsibilities:

- Lead all Training activities including product information, competitor analysis, customer service etc.

- Own and manage end to end training life cycle

- Partner with business leaders to decide learning strategy, learning needs and goals

- Motivate and provide training to each team member and help them achieve their revenue targets

- Develop training materials including presentations, videos, sales scripts, and case studies.

- Monitor trainee participation, provide feedback, coaching and support post training sessions.

- Determine training needs through shadow sessions and support the team member in converting the prospects into sales.

- Conduct Skill gap analysis to identify areas of improvement.

- Organize and conduct refresher trainings based on business needs

- Work closely with the operations team to drive process improvement and Efficiency

- Periodic Value gap identification analysis which is impacting performance and Fix

Required Qualifications:

- Graduate with overall 5+ years of experience with at least 3 years in training domain.

- Expert in managing large org wide training programs from inception to evaluation

- Expert in influencing remote and senior stakeholders

- Expert skill of using training program management methodologies

- Experience of content authoring tools like articulate 360

- Possesses a flair for training delivery in a virtual environment

- Exposure to global stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Certified / graduate / PG in Instructional design, training delivery, learning and development, Learning analytics

- Experience of designing and developing training technology solutions

- Experience of working in ecommerce retail industry
