Responsibilities : - Drive acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers through innovative digital marketing campaigns - Drive and optimize lead generation strategy across social media, influencer, email and SMS marketing - Strengthen website leads and conversions from SEO/SEM and Google Analytics to increase paid and organic traffic - Leverage CleverTap, AppsFlyer tools to increase brand awareness and devise strategies for growth - Organize digital marketing initiatives including Google Adwords, WebMasters etc - Work with UI designers to ensure execution of campaigns - Establish and track performance marketing KPIs - Analyze funnel data and understand user behaviour on platform Location : Mumbai Experience required : - 3-4 years experience in a B2C firm, preferably gaming, working closely with product, strategy and analytics teams, or someone from a performance marketing agency background - Data driven professional with experience in performance marketing - Experienced in forecasting and achieving customer acquisition and retention targets - Demonstrable success in translating customer insights to ideating creative avenues to improve performance
