Responsibilities : - Lead brand strategy end-to-end by focusing on consumer insights - Develop and execute integrated marketing and communication plans across multiple channels - Analyze and ideate KPIs to measure performance of digital marketing strategies and conduct A/B testing, as required - Conduct market research periodically to determine pathway to customer retention - Handle vendor negotiations and work with the in house Marketing team, outsourced partners/ freelancers and PR Agencies to generate leads - Handle marketing/campaign budgets and optimize spend Experience required : - 5+ years of experience in a consumer internet/media company or a PR agency with demonstrated success in establishing brand image from scratch - Experienced in forecasting and achieving customer acquisition and retention targets - Demonstrable success in translating customer insights to ideating creative avenues to improve performance
