Truebil - Product Manager

Truebil is an early stage start-up in the automobile space with a vision to change the way Indians think about transactions in automobiles.

As a Product Manager at Truebil, you will be driving the product planning and conceptual definition, as well as the technical execution of the product from beginning to end. You will be responsible for building and constantly improving the product using industry experience and feedback from customers. You possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy.

You will work with the Technology team to define product release requirements. You will guide the Sales and Operations team as well as the marketing team to define the go-to-market strategy, helping them understand the product positioning, key benefits, and target customer.

Key Responsibilities :

- Help define innovative yet simple and intuitive products.

- Manage the Whole Product-Life Cycle

- Drive a Solution-Set across teams (Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirement, product design and placement

- Develop and implement product strategies that put users first while helping us meet our business goals

- Define success metrics, and analyse and iterate to create successful products

Requirements :

- Product management or relevant work experience

- Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces through wire frames and mock ups

- Strong business, managerial and analytical skills

- Ability to ruthlessly prioritise for impact

- Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Having prior experience with mobile platforms is a plus
