Salary offered: 6 - 9 LPA Role : Assistant Manager - Operation - Post Sales Department(IIT/NIT/IIIT) Key responsibilities: 1. Manage relationships with key operations vendors 2. Maintain relationship with partnering dealerships &amp; onboarding new vendors as per requirement 3. Track vendor pricing, rebates and service levels 4. Data and Document Management, Data Analytics 5. Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with Banks, and other vendors 6. Provide on-going analysis and reporting that bridges to goals identify root causes and opportunities to hit and exceed plan. 7. Work closely with top management and Inventory team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation. 8. Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to customer service or product complaint. 9. Analyse process workflow, employee requirements and equipment layout, implement changes 10. Handling team of 10 - 15 people, handling multiple cities Operations.
