Responsibilities : - Preparation and / or review of accounts and prepare monthly Financial MIS to be reported to various stake-holders (Well versed with Different Accounting Standards, Income tax etc.) - Preparation and Review of Tax Audit Report and related Exhibits ensuring the statutory compliance with regard to income tax, service tax, VAT, excise - Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances - Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting - Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting - Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls by coordinating between different teams. Requisite : - Complete knowledge of Accounts, Taxations, Finalization of financial statements, MIS reporting, Forecasting, and budgeting, designing and implementation of processes - Attitude to take initiatives &amp; work independently - Worked in a fast-paced &amp; dynamic environment and has attention to details - The previous stint with a start-up would be a plus
