The job entails Deploying potential alliances and partnerships focussed both on demand as well as supply side basis the organisation's strategy. The specific focus would be on identifying the key areas of digital partnership, processes and execution, ensuring True Balance is introduced to the smooth flow for partnership, for executing such partnerships and on managing and growing business from them.
Market Research and partner discovery
Lead generation :
- Identify key resource requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Achieving cross functional alignment with internal stakeholders
- Liasioning and building strong working relationships with functional teams at Partners
- Launch & manage POCs for new partners/ business models and set it up for success.
- Project planning, tracking, coordination & completion within deadlines
- Coordinating and managing for onboarding new partners in line with organisational goals and for delivering business targets from the partners
- Ability to clarify and communicate complex issues for an executive audience internally & externally with excellent write, verbal & presentation skills
- High bias for action & willingness to dive deep
- Ability to identify new opportunities through research, analysis and existing relationships/network
- Familiarity with retail fintech ecosystem including competitor developments
- Functional efficiency: Takes accountability for completing execution of projects and takes ownership of the relationships.
- Ability to motivate cross functional teams
- Highly collaborative team player that enables close working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously

- Relevant experience across BD in the industry
- Good communication skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Development/ Partnerships & Alliances in Fintech space
- Demonstration of exceptional organisation skills to manage multiple initiatives
- Experience working with senior stakeholders with proven ability to influence them
- Bachelor's Degree. MBA would be an advantage
