Requirements :

1. Familiarity with retail fintech ecosystem

2. Experience in handling back office functions of a retail lending unit.

3. Functional efficiency: Knowledge of lending operations (FLDG/Co-lending partnership management, knowledge about digital disbursements, repayments,reconciliation, collateral management etc)

4. Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills.Should be able to hold conversations with partners and drive meetings regarding pending issues and tasks in hand.

5. Knowledge about bureau operations and payment gateways.

6. Takes accountability for completing tasks and takes ownership of the relationships.

7. Highly collaborative team player that enables close working relationships with internal & external stakeholders

8. Results driven mentality

9. Relevant experience in partner management

10. Good communication skills

11. High bias for action & goal orientation

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Management of the key lending partnerships end to end operations

2. Managing the day to day to disbursement and collection operations, reconciliation

3. Managing the invoicing the process with partners and ensuring the timely payments.

4. Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes finalisation and implementation.

5. Identify key resource requirements from cross-functional teams and external vendors.

6. Coordination & completion of tasks within deadlines. Tracking & adhering to business metrics

7. Complete ownership of partner processes,including being the main point of contact for any operational assistance.Should be able to drive conversations with our partners and lead the meetings.

8. Execution of tasks related to bureau and payment gateways.

9. Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of the partnership end enabling growth of business.

Experience:

1. 5-9 years of experience in operations in lending space preferably in digital Fintech industry.

2. Demonstration of ability to manage multiple initiatives.

3. Experience working with strategic partners/lending partners.

4. Good communication skills.
