Job Description:   We are looking for an operations analyst to support management decisions to be more data driven by institutionalizing processes across functions to collect and analyse customer data, generating insights and driving implementation of the recommendations.   Key role and responsibilities:  1. Measurement of operational effectiveness - defining KPIs and measuring these on continuous basis  2. Managing Back office operations to ensure integrity of data  3. Liasioning with technology team to create automated data reporting systems  4. Continuous skill enhancement of team members  Eligibility:  - B Tech from Tier 1 college / Graduate from Economics / statistical background  - 1-3 years of experience in managing operations / analytics team  Key Competencies:  1. Ability to research, gather, collate, analyze data to build compelling and tangible actions  2. Ability to make sense of ambiguity  3. Good at Excel and Access / SQL / SPSS / R skills  4.
