TruckHall looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Generalist with expertise in Talent Acquisition to implement a variety of human resource programs such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. Key Responsibilities 1. Talent acquisition and recruitment processes. - Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc - Screen candidates resumes and job applications - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/ methods to filter candidates within schedule - Promote companys reputation as prefferred place to work 2. Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training &amp; development 3. Provide support to employees in various issues such as leaves, compensation etc. 4. Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form. Requirments - Proven experience of 1-3 years - Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures - Graduate/ MBA in relevant field - Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus Salary offered - 5-8 LPA
