Developing Enterprise business for all cities.

1) Developing Enterprise business for all cities.

2) Managing P&L for Enterprise business.

3) Organize and monitor effort to acquire new customer and Vendor Partners in all cities

4) Handling customer relationship management.

5) Handle price negotiations, RFQ's & Client escalations.

6) Handle all operational issues at city level & SLA's are maintained for clients.

7) Manage a team of people across all cities

8) Responsible for Strategizing and handling day to day enterprise operations in all cities.

9) Implement new processes and refine existing processes in operations that fit within the organizational goals.

10) Ensure Payments are collected on time & client agreement.
