Major Responsibilities :

1. One would be responsible for putting in place the defined sales/distribution strategy in the selected market.

2. Present, promote and sell products using to the prospective customers

3. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

4. Commercial accountability includes reaching margin & volume targets and establishing growth through the right choice of portfolio and marketing tools for given geographies.

5. Perform cost-benefit of existing/potential customers to meet their needs competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

6. Furthermore, accountability involves working together with marketing, supply chain and other distribution colleagues in order to increase our presence in the distribution market.

7. Sales execution starts at pre contracting phase and ends with payment of the invoice.

Required skills :

1. Relevant industry experience is must.

2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management

3. Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing and proven ability to see an idea through to full implementation.

4. High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and demonstrates good executive presence

Annual CTC : 5L to 8L + sales commission
