Senior Healthcare Consultant - US Healthcare Experience with Payer

Overview:

- A highly skilled and experienced Senior Healthcare Consultant with strong experience in Member Experience and Engagement.

- The candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or Consultant in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead initiatives to assess, analyze, and identify opportunities in the overall member experience space for the customers.

- Work with sales and delivery teams on project assignments.

- Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare contracting, including value-based care agreements, network development, and negotiation of provider contracts.

- Support, lead and manage IT engagements for clients, ensuring successful project execution by close collaboration with Delivery teams and ensure on-time delivery, and adherence to quality standards.

- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and continuously seeking opportunities to add value to their organizations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare consulting or as a Business Analyst with a focus on member experience and contracting.

- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools.

- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional healthcare teams.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
