You will be responsible for end to end planning and execution of creative digital marketing efforts at TripShelf.

- Create regular Digital Marketing Plans for Tripshelf, including budgeting across channels. Focus would be on creative campaigns that help build the Tripshelf brand online

- Develop and execute strategies to enhance and accelerate Tripshelf's growth in users through online marketing (SEM, SEO, Social Media, Affiliate)

- Manage paid advertising campaigns on channels like Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, etc.

- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Conceptualize creative content for text and display ads to maximize CTRs of campaigns, come up with sizzling video ideas for brand recall

- Consumer insights: analyse trends in reader behaviour; leverage results to inform the marketing strategy and execution

- Work closely with product manager, sales, and customer support teams to understand the market needs for the product.

- Work closely with the Content Marketing & Design team to create and maintain high quality content at various digital mediums including blog, website, communities and forums, social media channels etc.

- Your performance will be measured on the success of campaigns that have been executed by you

Job Requirements

- 4-8+ Years Work Experience in Digital marketing. Travel Industry or E-commerce industry experience is a plus

- Someone who is well versed with content creation, mounting of display/video campaigns and be able to correlate these to brand objectives.

- Played a role in Building brands (B2C)

- Strong Knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Adwords and Facebook Ads

- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

- Hustle and get things done attitude

- Data driven and self-motivated, with a will to learn

Salary Offered : 8-12 LPA
