Job Description :

- Responsible for Fund Raising

- Project Finance

- Develop strategies to encourage new or increased contributions

- Prepare comprehensive financial models, CMA data for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis

- Attend meetings, prepare NDA, Mandate letters etc

- Follow up with clients for the details pertaining to the deal

- Retrieving information like financials, signatory details, master data through MCA website

- Fund Raising & Fund Management matters on regular basis

- Ratio analysis to maintain liquidity & profitability in align with the previous periods

- Tax compliances in conformity with applicable provisions on regular basis

- Updating with New amendments & Solving daily transactional issues
