- Require Experience in managing Infrastructure portfolio like cloud, Devops, security.

- Experience in handling programs on cloud journey, security, and usage of analytics and AI in current portfolio.

- Require strong knowledge in IT Infrastructure and handling international clients.

- Team Size handled 75+ FTEs.

- Managing 24/7 operations and strong on people management role.

- Ensure service levels to business are met; SLA/KPI understanding and compliance.

- Good understanding about all Infrastructure technology (cloud).

- Experience in offshore delivery and sound industry.

- Should have managed teams from client site to offshore in delivering large programs.

- Experience in project governance, crisis and escalation management.

- Data Centre technology knowledge- windows, unix, backup/storage, tools, database, exchange, etc. and infrastructure support.
