VP/GM Government Sales
About Tricog :
- He/she will proactively seek opportunities to promote Tricog product and technology to meet current and future needs.
- He/She must be a Team player / coach with an established track record of relationship and business development leadership as well as selling in government accounts.
- He/She is expected to drive and help drive sales growth and team development through the creation of a government strategy, sales management and strategic leadership.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a vigorous Government strategy with the state governments and all Govt. aided enterprise and institutions towards promoting the Tricog products and solutions
- Identify, engage, execute plans to maximize short and long-term revenue growth, profitability and educate key Government clients about Tricogs AI driven solution.
- Develop and lead a team thru recruiting, managing, motivating and retaining a mix of experienced sales professionals and up-and-coming sales talent.
- Apply both strategic go-to-market models and more tactical approaches aimed at growing profitable Government engagements and revenue base.
Key Requirements :
- At least Bachelor (preferred Master) degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field resident sales from a recognized university.
- You have prior experience of working with the Government accounts - that is working on the public health side of things - and a strong track record of success in healthcare sales in various sales leadership roles.
- You have successfully built, scaled and led high performing sales teams.
- You are a team-player, strategic thinker & problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
- Minimum of 12 years experience in a sales leadership position.
- An entrepreneurship stint will be valued. Failed entrepreneurs are welcome
