Designation : Manager - Growth & Strategic Partnerships
Location : Bangalore
Responsibilities :- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
- Create business cases for potential partnerships and market segments
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved
- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go to market plans
- Work with the business team to identify and drive new business initiatives across the healthcare segment for Tricog
- Externally, build relationships with potential strategic partners and manage complex partnerships to achieve business goals
- Actively research and identify the new partnership opportunities to further drive business growth
- Understand partner business objectives and work with cross-functional teams to deliver maximum impact for all parties
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing and on new initiatives and key strategic relationships
Required :- 6+ years of relevant experience in product management and/or business development
- Excellent with data analysis - advanced excel and powerpoint
- Good communication skills and stakeholder management
- Prior experience in product management or solution sales
- Results-driven and ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to adapt quickly, and work with ambiguity
- Self-driven individuals who aspire to have a massive impact in the healthcare space
- Coachable with a go-getter attitude
- Fun to work with, also knows what the word cardiovascular means (Preferred)
