Tricog Health - Senior Product Manager

Overview:

Tricog Health has two key product lines at present - ECG and ECHO. We are looking to hire a

Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for managing our ECG product portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering or MBBS, with a minimum of 10-15 years of work experience in the medtech / product management space

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the P/L for the ECG business.

- Develop the ECG product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications that align with the company's business objectives

- Manage the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring quality and compliance with regulatory requirements

- Capture the voice of customers in various geographies, create MRDs, and help to build the future product(s).Identify and analyze customer needs and market trends in various countries to develop innovative solutions that drive revenue growth.

- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders such as clients, doctors, vendors, and internal teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to ensure timely product delivery and successful market launch

- Drive new product launches by working closely with the marketing team and evaluate promotional planning to ensure that they are aligned with the ECG product line strategy

- Conduct research and analysis on competitors in the medtech space

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or MBBS

- 10-15 years of experience in a medtech background

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills

- Ability to think critically, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills

- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

- Strong sense of responsibility and emotional maturity
