Summary of the Role :
- The role will lead the business in Africa for Tricog.
- Develop strategy to grow market in Africa, with focus on Kenya
- Develop new market initiatives - the other countries to go to in Africa.
- Develop the different sales channels for maximizing market penetration.
- Personally and officially represent the company to the business community during meetings or events.
- Prepare and present plans with strategies - why and how aspect of the business.
- Review and analyze the efforts and make necessary changes in the future plans.
Requirements :
- 4 to 6 years experience in sales management
- MBA/Other equivalent degree from a Tier I Business School
- Candidates from outside Africa or Kenya - need to relocate to Nairobi in Kenya, or candidates should be based out of Nairobi in Kenya
