About the role In this role, you will be responsible for managing a 5-member Account Management team. S/he will be managing end-to-end customer engagement and retention. Customer Success is responsible for driving cross-functional programs and projects impacting customer experience. Key focus areas will include, but not limited to NPS, retention, LTV and customer advocacy. This role reports to the VP Strategy & Business Operations and has top line impact on the company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Customer Engagement and Customer retention strategy - Drive growth and data-driven improvement across the engagement and retention funnel to increase revenue through journey building, Customer Engagement and Repeat Transactions. - Analyse results, highlight learnings, synthesize recommendations, and drive growth strategy - Ensure improvement of cohort performance and LTV - Coordinate across functions to deploy processes and systems. Competencies and Skill required: - 4+ years of experience in Business development, account management, customer success or an alliances role - B-Tech/MBA preferably from a top tier university - Prior experience in Healthcare preferred, but not mandatory
