LOOKING FOR: - A construction expert with experience in end to end construction delivery of luxury and high end residential projects. - The role would span over all functions under construction, ranging from conception, vendor selection &amp; management, contracts, procurement, planning, quality, execution and billing and payments. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As the Construction Head, you will be responsible for: - End-to-end construction delivery of Luxury and High End Residential Projects. The role would span over all functions under construction, ranging from conception, vendor selection &amp; management, contracts, procurement, planning, quality, execution and billing and payments. - Selection, negotiation and finalization of critical vendors / contractors, including PMCs, turnkey contractor etc. - Provide strategic inputs like contracting and procurement strategies, vendor selection approach etc. - Value engineering of Projects on an on-going basis. - Monitoring and managing project execution, expenditures, identifying variances, implementing corrective actions. - Manage critical relationships with key vendors and agencies.
