- Drive marketing and brand building activities based on strategy defined by the leadership team.
- Build detailed implementation plan based on high level strategy / direction provided, creatively resolve bottlenecks, and drive the initiatives to closure.
- Own the identification, planning and execution all marketing initiatives for the assigned region covering existing client growth related initiatives. These include, but not limited to, the following :
- Industry Tradeshows
- Custom / Client Roadshows & Sponsorships
- Email Direct Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Marketing / BD Collateral Creation
- Campaign-specific Landing Pages
- Targeted / Client-specific Newsletters o Inside Sales Scripts / Support Collateral
- Thought ware Content Development (With support from other teams)
- Client Case Studies, Quotes & Referrals
- Client / Partner Co-Marketing & Branding
- Client-specific Recognitions
- Support in marketing initiatives related to the research group and internal L&D group.
- Own the definition of success metrics for all initiatives in collaboration with all stakeholders, and drive towards achieving them.
- Analyze and report program performance; provide results and recommendations for improvement and new programs.
- Constantly improve program results and increase the impact of Marketing on revenue and profitability.
- Propose new marketing program ideas and then secure support from internal and external stakeholders to fund and execute these programs.
- Provide support for other areas of marketing as needed.
- Ensure 2 to 3 hours of overlap with US time zones each day for necessary communication with stakeholders and coordination.
- Knowledge of all facets of marketing a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint user.
- Understanding of digital marketing techniques, and integrated marketing campaigns execution.
- High-level knowledge of technologies in the IT industry.
- Must be able to work in an organization where resources necessary for execution do not report directly to this position.
- Ability to perform ROI analysis and identify tactics for constant improvement.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
