The company has offices in the US, India and the UAE.  - Trianz provides services across high-tech, insurance, financial services, retail, life sciences, and public sector, healthcare, and logistics industries with clients from Fortune 1000 to startup companies worldwide.  Log into more details : www.trianz.com  KEY RESPONSIBILTIES :  - Create, define and institutionalize Quality Management System (QMS) Identify and define technology delivery metrics to enable sustainable, repeatable and consistent delivery & services experience to global clients Lead the organization to ISO 9001:2008 and CMMi - L3 to L5 compliance.  - Define and implement Risk Assessment & Management methodology Work with different technology owners across practices, verticals and horizontals Conduct process trainings  - Custodian for Process Assets Library Identify and prioritize areas of improvement and coordinate software process improvement (SPI) activities.  - Identify the gaps in the current delivery system and drive initiatives to bridge them as per the industry standards.  - Identify ways to optimize processes and drive automation initiative.  - Plan and develop framework for business process continuous improvement initiatives  - Prepare Quality /Delivery Assurance road maps and process improvement plans for projects in line with business objectives.  - Lead best practice sharing and proactively manage escalations  - Standards/Maturity Models : Key skills : ISO 9000, ISO 27001, ISO 20k, CMMI /CMMI SVC,ITIL, COBIT etc  - Key Delivery Models : Agile ( Real hands On ), Dev Ops ( Desirable), Secure SDLC (Desirable) - Need Solid hands on experience
