Vice President, Employee Engagement - Events

The Role & Responsibilities :

- Vice President, Events will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive employee engagement program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization.

- The Vice President will lead a team to enable event management, maintain employee relations, and conduct research and analysis to support the function.

- Training, managing, and motivating a team of Analysts and Associates

- Serving as a strategic communication partner supporting the management and functional teams

- Strategizing, designing, and planning events for the employees

- Budget and produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, communication plan, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)

- Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering ,etc.)

- Liaise with internal committees and consult them in organizing events

- Create post-event evaluation

- Managing issues and requests of various groups involved, including participants, stakeholders, vendors, marketing, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration, SEZ ,etc.

- Enable firmwide communication events and debrief in liaison with senior leaders and other stakeholders

Prerequisites

- Creative & having an eye for details

- Team management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Great interpersonal skills and Attention to detail

- Good time management and multi-tasking skills

- Comfortable with Social Media

- Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Experience : 7 to 10 years of relevant experience

Education : Any graduate or MBA in HR

Compensation : The compensation structure will be as per industry standards

Location : Mumbai or Pune
