Associate - Employee Engagement - Events
The Role & Responsibilities :
Associate, Employee Engagement will be responsible for supporting a comprehensive human resource program and performing related duties in line with the overall objectives of the department and the organization. The Associate will perform functions such as event management, employee relations, organizational development, and research and analysis.
- Strategizing, designing and planning events for the employees
- Creating & maintaining the central budget
- Serving as a strategic communication partner supporting leadership and functional teams
- Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, communication plan, venues, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
- Research venues, suppliers and contractors, followed by price negotiations, and contract creation for vendor hiring
- Manage and coordinate suppliers and all event logistics (for example, venue, catering, etc.)
- Liaise with internal committees and consult them in organizing events
- Oversee the dismantling and removal of the event and clear the venue efficiently
- Create post-event evaluation
- Managing issues and requests of various groups involved, including participants, stakeholders, vendors, marketing, internal service team providers such as facilities, administration, SEZ,etc.
- Maintaining MIS and track and report on a monthly or periodic basis as required
Prerequisites:- Creative & having an eye for details
- Comfortable with Social Media
- Excellent communication
- Great interpersonal skills and Attention to detail
- Time management skills
Experience:- Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Post-graduation with 2+ years of relevant experience
Education: Any graduate or MBA in HR
Compensation : The compensation structure will be as per industry standards
